This Privacy Policy does not apply to content that we process on behalf of enterprise customers. Our use of that data is governed by our customer agreements.

Note about AI Accuracy: Our AI agents generate responses by predicting likely outputs based on input patterns. This means responses may not always be factually accurate. You should not rely on the factual accuracy of AI outputs. If you notice factually inaccurate information about you in AI outputs, please contact [email protected] to request correction or removal.

3. How We Share Personal Data

We do not sell your Personal Data. We share your information with: service providers who help operate our platform (hosting, payments, analytics, etc.); enterprise account administrators who manage your access; other users or third parties you explicitly share with; and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. All service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and process data only as needed to provide their services.

Your data is stored on servers primarily in the United States, with additional processing locations where our service providers operate. For international transfers, we maintain appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Depending on your location, you have rights regarding your Personal Data, including to: access and export your data; request deletion; correct inaccurate information; restrict processing; and withdraw consent. Our Services are not intended for children under 18. Users aged 14-17 must review this policy with a parent/guardian.
